Healthy nutrition is a priority at our nursery and school
Our nutritional concept: fresh | regional | organic
Our meals are freshly prepared every day by FPS Catering, with a focus on regional and certified organic ingredients. We believe it is very important that all children - regardless of their dietary requirements - get their money's worth. Of course, vegetarian and religious menus are taken into account. The meals shared with teachers promote not only healthy eating, but also strengthen the sense of community and create a cheerful atmosphere at the table.
Our offer includes:
► two menus to choose every day
► special allergy menu plan
► fresh raw vegetables and salads every day
► constant availability of water
Our weekly changing allergy menu
We promote the health and wellbeing of all students at our school through a weekly changing allergy menu. This plan offers carefully selected dishes that are free from allergenic ingredients and are tasty as well as nutritious. This enables all students to enjoy a tasty and healthy meal while catering for their individual dietary needs.
Fresh water: always and everywhere available
Our school believes it is particularly important that all children and students have access to fresh, free drinking water at all times. Drinking enough water is essential for concentration and well-being.
► Mineral water in the nursery: We provide mineral water for our youngest children in the group rooms at all times so that they always have enough to drink.
► Water dispensers in the school building: Students have the opportunity to refill their drinking bottles at the water dispensers in the school.
Our nursery nutrition: only the best for our little ones
Breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack in our group rooms: at the nursery, we make sure that our meals are child-friendly and full of nutrients. Our little ones should feel completely healthy as they develop, and that naturally includes the right food. Our organic-certified meals are specially tailored to the needs of small children: easily digestible, rich in vitamins and balanced. Our educational staff eat together with the children to promote social interaction and emphasise the fun of eating.
- A smooth introduction to healthy eating: children learn to enjoy healthy food at an early age and develop positive eating behaviour.
- Child-friendly portions and preparation: Food is prepared in such a way that even small children can eat it easily.
- Variety right from the start: We ensure variety so that children are introduced to a wide range of flavours and textures.
- Healthy snacks: in the afternoon.
Our school meals: Energy for the day
Lunch: a balanced nutrition at school ensures that our children are energised throughout the day. Our school lunches are varied and nutritious so that students can return to class energised and focused after lunch. We also use certified organic, regional ingredients. Shared meals with classmates and teachers strengthen the sense of community and create a positive table culture. This makes healthy eating an integral part of everyday school life.
- Balanced main meals: We offer a daily selection of fresh, nutritious meals that are tailored to the needs of growing children.
- Vegetarian options: A vegetarian alternative is available every day to ensure healthy variety.
Our school cafeteria: snacks and drinks for in-between meals
Our school cafeteria offers students a selection of healthy snacks and drinks that they can buy themselves during the breaks. We make sure that the selection is tasty, but also balanced - perfect for a little refreshment in between. Whether it's fresh fruit, wholemeal products or light snacks, students will find everything they need to start their lessons with renewed energy.
- Varied selection: From yoghurt to healthy sandwiches - there's something for every taste.
- Healthy drinks: Unsweetened drinks such as fruit juices and mineral water are also available in the cafeteria.
- Focus on sustainability: We attach great importance to environmentally friendly packaging and take care to avoid unnecessary waste.
